Job Description

The HT Group is looking to hire a Safety Coordinator for a high profile, large scale construction project in Taylor TX . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in construction and engineering, contributing to one of the region’s most significant high-tech developments.
Direct Hire | Onsite in Taylor TX | $70-90k
**Must be bilingual in English & Korean to be considered**

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams and contractors to coordinate daily work activities and ensure safety compliance.
Document daily activities and maintain accurate project records to monitor progress and schedule adherence.
Organize, update, and manage multiple project files and safety documentation on a daily basis.
Conduct safety orientations for new contractor employees and ensure completion of all required training.
Assist with planning and preparation for safety events, trainings, and weekly safety meetings.
Record and analyze all accidents and incidents, identifying trends and recommending preventive measures.
Manage contractor onboarding tasks, including badging and safety material distribution.
Submit safety material purchase requests and provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to team members as needed.
Qualifications
**Must be bilingual in English & Korean to be considered**
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction safety experience (semiconductor or industrial project experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of managing digital documentation systems.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety credential preferred.
