Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Adolescent Residential Care

Schedule & Shifts
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
7-day coverage with rotating schedules
No overnight shifts currently required
Overtime available for extended or crisis coverage
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver high-quality patient care.
Administer medications accurately and maintain precise documentation.
Monitor and respond to behavioral and physical health changes.
Support crisis prevention, intervention, and de-escalation efforts.
Utilize behavioral EMR systems such as KIPU for clinical charting.
Collaborate with mental health technicians (MHTs), CNAs, and the multidisciplinary care team.
Maintain open communication with leadership and clinical directors regarding patient status.
Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience (residential, acute, or inpatient psych)
Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex behaviors in a calm, professional manner
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $40–$50/hr (based on experience)
Overtime pay at 1.5x after 40 hours
Weekly direct deposit
