Description Key Responsibilities: + Spearhead testing initiatives for significant customer implementations, ensuring seamless collaboration between the client's testing teams and internal QA resources. + Rapidly acquire understanding of both the product and its operational domain. + Provide subject matter guidance to the team to uphold robust quality assurance methodologies. + Take ownership for the quality of software delivery and overall implementation success. + Ensure that project processes and technologies are effectively leveraged to meet quality goals. + Promote adherence to established standards, best practices, and drive the creation of high-performing, scalable, and repeatable solutions. + Remain up-to-date with ongoing developments across our platform and product releases. + Foster continuous innovation and improvement across platform and product offerings. + Partner with technical and business units to support process implementation and drive technical advancement. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Associate degree with proven experience is also considered). + Hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing disciplines. + Proven skills in test case management with strong knowledge of test automation frameworks. + Exposure to various testing types, including Smoke, Acceptance, Functional, and Regression Testing. + Experience managing and prioritizing defects throughout the development lifecycle. + Strong understanding of automation design patterns. + Proficiency in GIT, Jenkins, and other developer tools. + Demonstrated commitment to product quality and advocacy for the customer experience. + Familiarity with web technologies such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, JSP, database technologies (SQL, Oracle, DB2), DMS, Web Services, LDAP, and related tools. + Competency with systems administration technologies, preferably cloud platforms like AWS. + Solid grasp of platform architecture and product development environments. + Technically hands-on, actively supporting team members as needed. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on documentation and cross-functional collaboration. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation abilities. + AGILE development experience. + Team leadership and coaching capability.
