You will be responsible for defining architectural principles, analysing business and technology landscapes and translating content / develop frameworks to guide technology decisions and investments. Working in this area, you will have a familiarity with business strategy, processes and experience in business solutions which enable an organisation's technology infrastructure. You will help to confirm that technology infrastructure is optimised, scalable, and aligned with business needs, enabling efficient data flow, interoperability, and agility. Through your work, you will communicate a deep understanding of the business and a broad knowledge of architecture and applications. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. The Opportunity As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you lead large projects and innovate processes in the realm of IT architecture. As a Senior Manager, you guide teams through complexity, applying sound judgment and fostering an environment of operational excellence while engaging with clients at a strategic level. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
