What This Job Looks Like:
Engage - Care for children between ages six weeks and 18 years (based on your experience)
Play - Have fun with age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities while you’re with the kids
Safety - Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
Meal Prep - Put together meals and snacks for children during your time with them
Light Clean-up - Restore the kitchen and play areas after food and fun (with age-appropriate assistance from the kids)
Depth – Get to know a family and develop a relationship with the kids and parents over time
Requirements- Must be 18 or older, have a valid drivers license with regular access to a vehicle and ability to transport children in said vehicle as needed, must be willing to travel up to 25-30 mins, and consent to a background screen

We’re are also currently seeking reliable caregivers for several families. Below is a list of a few of our families in the St. Louis area:

• Sitter needed in Town & Country area for Infant Tues/Wed/Thurs 9:00a-2:00p. Must have Infant experience. Hours will change to Full Time position in January, Mon-Fri 8:45a-5:45p. Pay $16/hour
• Part time sitter needed in Wildwood/Ballwin area for Infant starting Jan 2026.  Must have experience with infants. 4-5 days a week, 9:00a-3:00p. Pay $16/hour
• Nanny needed Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:30a-4:30p in Glendale for infant starting January 2026. Pay $16/hour
• Nanny needed for family in U City. Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30a-5:00p. Must have infant experience. Care will be for three children ages 12 weeks, 2 y/o, 3.5 y/o
• Part time sitter needed for evening hours in U City for three children. 6:30pm-9:30pm Monday-Friday. Looking for caregiver with experience watching multiple children and also experience around children on the spectrum.
