Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Field Inventory & Warehouse

Coordinator to assist with inventory tracking, packing and shipping, and cross-referencing

materials. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and

wants a flexible schedule. You’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations organized and

supporting field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Support

  • Receive and organize incoming materials and supplies.
  • Perform stock counts and assist with tracking inventory.
  • Keep accurate records in spreadsheets or inventory systems.

Packing & Shipping

  • Pack parts and materials for delivery or shipment.
  • Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with carriers.
  • Ensure outgoing orders are complete and accurate.

Cross-Referencing & Order Accuracy

  • Match part numbers to orders or work requests.
  • Identify and report missing or incorrect items.
  • Verify inventory lists and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Warehouse Upkeep

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
  • Assist with organizing shelves and workspaces.
  • Help with loading/unloading deliveries when needed.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Hours: 8a.m. – 4p.m.
  • Flexible scheduling options may be available depending on workload.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred.
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required.
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated.
