Job Description

Summary

Per Se Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This entry-level position is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations by handling administrative tasks, facilitating effective communication, and supporting various departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of paperwork and documents.
  • Perform data entry and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with site staff and other departments via phone and email to facilitate operations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly, coordinate maintenance and repairs.

Preferred Skills and Expertise ?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • The pay range for this role is $18/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
