About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and optimize critical network services for our valued clients. This role requires expertise in managing network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance, and providing scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Managed Services Provider (MSP) to deliver seamless and secure network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managed Network Services:

    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of managed network services.
    • Ensure network reliability and high performance across all environments.
  • Router & Switch Management:

    • Configure, monitor, and maintain routers and switches for optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Wireless Network Management:

    • Manage and optimize wireless networks to provide seamless connectivity.
    • Address wireless network coverage issues and implement performance improvements.
  • Load Balancer Management:

    • Configure and manage load balancers to ensure application availability and reliability.
    • Optimize traffic distribution for high efficiency and redundancy.
  • Disaster Recovery Network Solutions Management:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery network solutions.
    • Conduct regular testing and updates to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.
  • Backup and Restoration of Network Devices:

    • Perform scheduled backups of network device configurations.

    • Execute restoration procedures as needed to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • 5+ years Proven experience in managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless, load balancers).
    • Expertise in configuring and managing disaster recovery network solutions.
    • Knowledge of network security practices, protocols, and backup systems.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve network-related issues effectively.
  • Collaboration:

    • Ability to work effectively with Managed Services Providers and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication skills to provide updates and documentation to stakeholders.
