Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $60,000.00 USD Annually Description: An established, St. Louis based independent supermarket chain is seeking a Meat Market manager. A solid 3 to 5 year background in running supermarket meat departments is desired as well as a desire to grow your career into higher level positions. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: supervision of marketing/merchandising and buying, training and scheduling of department associates, over-all departmental conditions and presentation as well as delivering excellent customer service. This position requires a full knowledge of meat department equipment and tools as well as solid experience of meat cutting.
