**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shift. You will be trained on the 1st shift for 2-5 weeks before transitioning to your designated shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical skill set to maintain and troubleshoot injection mold machines and related equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on injection mold machines, automation equipment, secondary equipment, grinders, vacuum loaders, and water systems. + Utilize a 60/40% mechanical to electrical skill set for effective repairs and maintenance. + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. + Handle electrical troubleshooting, including working with schematics and blueprints. + Work independently to resolve issues and perform maintenance tasks. + PLC troubleshooting and controls experience is beneficial but not mandatory. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. + Multicraft experience with mechanical and electrical skills. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + High School Diploma or G.E.D. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with injection molding is preferred. + PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus. + Ability to work independently from day one. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled work environment, comprehensive benefits including 401k, and the provision of uniforms. The work environment is climate-controlled, offering comfortable working conditions. Shifts available are from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM and 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Uniforms, including steel-toe shoes or boots, are provided for permanent employees, ensuring safety and professionalism. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
