Job Title: Live-In Caregiver Location: Winston Salem, NC Schedule: Full-time, Live-in position About the Position We are seeking compassionate and dependable live-in caregivers to provide full-time support for elderly clients living with dementia. The caregiver will reside in the client’s home and assist with daily care, companionship, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Administer medication reminders and monitor general health
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support and help preserve the client’s dignity and independence
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas, changing linens, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized home environment
• Support mobility and safe movement throughout the home
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Monitor mood/behavior and engage in meaningful, dementia -appropriate activities
• Communicate regularly with family members and the Griswold Home Care office

• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and vehicle to use for client transportation/errands
• Ability to live full-time in the client’s home
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication and patience
• Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate demeanor
• Passion for providing elderly care and companionship
