JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our GFL team is expanding, and we\'re looking for an

IT Service Delivery Manager (ITSDM) to join us in the Chicagoland area! In this role, you\'ll play a vital part in overseeing the delivery of IT services to GFL Operations. The ITSDM will ensure that IT service delivery meets agreed-upon service levels & quality standards. This role involves collaborating with a team of IT professionals, coordinating with other departments, and continually improving processes to enhance overall IT service delivery. Why Join GFL? A \"Day in the Life\" of an IT Service Delivery Manager (ITSDM): * Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with business leaders to support strategic technology needs and business objectives. * Serve as a liaison between IT and business, ensuring clear communication of requirements and critical success factors. * Facilitate collaboration between business, IT staff, and vendors to drive effective cooperation and timely execution. * Monitor IT project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful service delivery. * Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and align business groups with IT strategies. * Facilitate escalations from IT and the Business. * Coordinate working sessions for project delivery and troubleshooting. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery management or a similar role. * Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. * Solid understanding of IT service management (e.g., ITIL), project management methodologies, and IT infrastructure and software applications. * Knowledge of environmental services will be considered an asset with frequent travel between US & Canada.
