Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong residential or hospitality design expertise. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end, creatively fulfilling projects while taking on meaningful ownership across all phases of design, sourcing, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design schemes including materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Source decorative items with strong market knowledge.
  • Contribute to creative direction, budget oversight, and project coordination.
  • Create compelling presentations across multiple media formats.
  • Manage client communications and project updates.
  • Prepare detailed design and construction drawings including plans, elevations, and schedules.
  • Review and coordinate shop drawings and installation plans.
  • Develop, review, and maintain FF&E specifications and budgets.
  • Coordinate architectural finish specifications with consultants and contractors.
  • Review samples and strike-offs to ensure design intent.

  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Creative thinking and innovation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, InDesign, and Design Manager.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ residential design experience preferred.
  • Two- or four-year degree from an accredited interior design program.
