• Pay Range: $70,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with weekend work as needed)

• Hours: Full-time, 41–50 hours per week with overtime pay available

Your New Role

As a Heavy Equipment Operator in Brockport, NY , you’ll be in the driver’s seat—literally and figuratively. Your main focus will be operating dozers and full-size excavators on various new construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

• Operate heavy machinery to move earth, clear sites, and prepare for builds

• Collaborate closely with your crew—this is not a sit-in-the-cab-and-watch job

• Read and interpret blueprints and site diagrams

• Keep your equipment clean, maintained, and running smoothly

• Be ready to lend a hand outside the machine when the crew needs it

• Experience: 6–10 years of heavy equipment operation in construction

• Certification: OSHA 10 required

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass an onsite operating test

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to complete a yearly DOT physical

• Must be willing to labor and work alongside the crew when needed
