Job Description

Graphic Designer - In office required

Must have an online portfolio for review.

Pay range: $60k-$70k

The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the creative and marketing teams with the production of visual materials, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia assets.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling, visually cohesive materials including brochures, invitations, logos, newsletters, print and digital ads, web assets, social media content, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the home office Creative and Marketing teams – as well as marketing partners – to bring ideas to life and solve creative challenges.
  • Develop design solutions that are both brand-consistent and forward-thinking, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and marketing goals, while maintaining a high level of polish and consistency.
  • Uphold professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in all work.

General Duties:

  • Able to travel based on need and priority. Adhere to Company travel policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and visitors, following established safety procedures.
  • As required, complete annual and monthly training, attend scheduled in-services and mandatory meetings. Maintain all required certifications/licensures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary to ensure adequate coverage within the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer three (3) to four (4) years of work experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that shows versatility and visual impact.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac OS Platform). Expertise in Illustrator and InDesign with a strong knowledge of Photoshop. Bonus points for video/motion design experience.
  • Experience with developing designs as part of a brand identity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adept at multi-tasking with strong organizational and project management skills, and able to turn around projects very quickly and deliver on schedule.
  • Skilled in designing for both print and digital formats.
  • Receptive to change and takes direction well.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, innovative, and open in response to competitive pressure, multiple decision makers and production changes.
  • A collaborative thinker that excels in a creative team environment.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check.
