Full-Time Nanny Needed for Nanny Share – Ann Arbor, MI $45,500 – $66,560 per year

Two professional families are seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny to care for their two 1-year-old boys in a nanny share arrangement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in infant and toddler care, is highly organized, and can manage the care of two young children simultaneously. Prior experience with twins or in a nanny share is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid via payroll or cash, based on nanny’s preference
• 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week chosen by the families, 1 by the nanny)
• 3–5 paid sick/personal days
• Paid major holidays off

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed 35–40 hours per week
• Start Date: Mid-August

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care to both children throughout the day
• Plan and implement age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
• Maintain consistent nap and feeding schedules for both children
• Change diapers and assist with early potty training when appropriate
• Clean up after meals and playtime
• Perform light child-related housekeeping (e.g., tidying play areas, washing bottles)
• Ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally stimulating environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, ideally with experience caring for twins or in a nanny share
• Calm, nurturing, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication with both sets of parents
• Reliable transportation to and from the home (no driving of the children required)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 preferred
• Must have U.S. work authorization
• Able to provide 3–5 strong professional references
