Must Speak Russian Language Responsibilities Manage daily fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure all trucks are in top condition and compliant with safety regulations Monitor driver performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to promote safe driving habits Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance logs, fuel usage, and driver logs Lead safety initiatives by conducting training sessions, safety meetings, and incident investigations Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes and improve overall fleet productivity Qualifications Proven experience managing commercial trucking fleets or transportation operations in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to analyze data related to fleet performance and implement improvements Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, maintenance teams, and management Join us in leading a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellence on the road!
