Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial generators.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and recommend necessary repairs.
• Execute troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure optimal generator performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay informed about updates and changes in generator models and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficient in generator repair and maintenance with a strong understanding of industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and twisting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel and overnight stays.
• Compliance with drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Competency in using computers, particularly in Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to use basic shop equipment.
• DOT Medical Card required.
