The Associate Escrow Processor role at Escrow Operations through administrative and clerical tasks. This onsite position in Mesa, AZ involves file management, disbursements, and document processing. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with escrow or mortgage experience.

Job Title- Associate Escrow processor

Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite only)

Duration- 4 Months of contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide centralized clerical support to escrow branches (non-customer-facing)
• Open escrow files, audit and reconcile accounts, clear outstanding funds
• Process disbursements, check deposits, refunds, FIRPTA remittances
• Prepare and deliver signing packages, checks, closing statements, and letters
• Schedule couriers and provide necessary instructions
• Perform file packaging and delivery
• Handle special projects and follow internal procedures
• Train new team members, if needed

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
• Good verbal and written communication
• Team-oriented with sound judgment and decision-making

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in escrow or mortgage processing preferred
