Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an **End User Support Specialist** in **Hazelwood, MO and Maryland Heights, MO** . **Position Responsibilities:** + Support classified and unclassified desktop hardware + Provide support to multiple program engineering and productivity applications + Conduct CVE and POAM remediation activities + Domain account and access management + Perform basic network troubleshooting + Assist with planning and conduct execution of upgrades to hardware and software + Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher + Current CompTIA Security+ Certification **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience with STIG activities + Experience with Linux + Experience with Exchange user management + Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment **Drug Free Workplace:** We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** We strive to deliver a total rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
