Position Description Responsible for the following managing and directing the rehabilitation services within the SNF including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. With support from the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services, the position will oversee, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Services through the delivery of cost-effective and quality services.
