InfraHire is looking for Director of Project Management & Preconstruction in WI location
Job Summary:
- Lead and oversee project management, estimating, and preconstruction teams from concept to project closeout.
- Develop, mentor, and manage cross-functional team members, setting clear performance metrics and fostering talent growth.
- Optimize and implement project management and preconstruction processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and strong relationships.
- Manage and oversee project estimating, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contract interpretation, and risk management activities.
- Lead process improvements and innovative solutions to meet shifting project priorities and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA-10) and promote sustainability practices (LEED preferred).
- Utilize project management and construction software tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, ERP systems).
- Represent the organization at customer sites and construction locations; national travel required.
- Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and ambiguity.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, internally and externally, in all formats.
- Model and uphold high standards of professionalism, respect, and motivation within the team.
- Drive team and project success through strategic leadership, strong organization, and results-focused management.
