✨ What You’ll Do

• As a senior member of the administrative team, you will help drive efficiency, exceptional service, and smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing patient scheduling across multiple locations , optimizing provider efficiency and the overall patient experience using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, or similar platforms
• Leading front office operations, including check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination
• Serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, offering clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and scheduling
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential patient records in full compliance with HIPAA
• Coordinating closely with providers, treatment coordinators, and assistants to ensure seamless patient flow

💡 What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

• Previous years of experience in dental reception, front office administration, or a similar senior role
• Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding a front office team
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a warm, patient-centered mindset
