Key Responsibilities + Maintain and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), product routings, and raw material standards. + Perform variance analysis on materials, labor, and overhead; investigate and recommend corrective actions. + Support standard cost updates, cost roll-ups, and inventory reconciliations. + Prepare and post journal entries, including GL to inventory reconciliations and absorption analyses. + Support physical inventories, fixed asset audits, and Construction-in-Progress tracking. + Partner with supply chain and operations on cost control, pricing, and process improvement. + Prepare and maintain product line profitability reporting and ad-hoc analyses. Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required). + 2-5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (standard or job costing). + Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
