Change Management and Marketing Communication Specialist

Join our dynamic Smart Grid team as a Change Management & Marketing Communications Specialist, where you'll drive transformational change across cutting-edge energy infrastructure initiatives.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to translate complex technical innovations into compelling narratives that inspire stakeholder adoption and business transformation.

What You'll Do:

Develop executive-level presentations and strategic communications that showcase Smart Grid value propositions to leadership and key stakeholders
Create visually compelling product demonstrations, infographics, and interactive materials that bring energy solutions to life
Design and manage learning content, including animations and multimedia resources, to accelerate organizational adoption of new technologies
Lead change management initiatives that support seamless integration of Smart Grid innovations across business units
Partner with technical teams to translate complex data analytics and operational benefits into clear, actionable business stories

What We're Looking For:

Expert-level presentation design and storytelling capabilities with proven executive audience experience
Advanced skills in graphic design, content visualization, and multimedia production
Self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational and content management abilities
Experience in learning management systems and educational content development
Strong change management background with ability to drive cultural transformation
