Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
• Collaborate with a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
Qualifications:
• While prior experience in cell phone repair or a related field is beneficial, it is not required, as we provide training for the right candidate.
• A genuine passion for consumer electronics and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends are essential.
• Outstanding customer service skills are a must, with an emphasis on creating positive experiences for every customer.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform at a high level in all tasks are key qualities.
• A willingness to learn and grow, along with humility, is highly valued in this role.
