What You’ll Do:

Deliver a Great Customer Experience:

1. Welcome customers with a smile, assist them at the tunnel entrance, and offer complimentary air fresheners.
2. Help customers at the vacuums and parking areas by answering questions and providing friendly support.
3. Monitor vehicles inside the tunnel to ensure a safe and smooth wash experience.

Support Site Operations:

1. Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting car wash environment by servicing vacuums, landscaping, and common areas.
2. Ensure restrooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for customer and team use.
3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks including pit cleaning, equipment cleaning, and general site upkeep.

Education, Skills, and Physical Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
2. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills required.
3. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
4. Must be able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
5. Ability to move about and operate handheld technology and equipment.
6. Ability to ascend/descend ladders, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs., and twist or turn when needed.
7. Able to work outdoors year-round in conditions including sun, rain, wind, and heat.
8. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
