Job Description

Job Title: Business Process Documentation SME

Location: Remote in the USA

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Documentation SME to lead the revision and optimization of IT department procedures and to develop and review business process flowcharts for key operational areas, including Loan Operations and Treasury.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in process modeling methodologies and a strong understanding of financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procedure Revision: Analyze and update existing IT department procedures to ensure alignment with current business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps for operational departments, utilizing standardized notation systems such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and flowcharts to visualize workflows effectively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, Loan Operations, and Treasury, to gather insights and validate process documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation meets quality standards, is easily understandable, and is maintained in a centralized repository for accessibility.
  • Training & Support: Provide training sessions and support to staff on new or revised procedures and process documentation.
