You won’t just be answering phones or filing paperwork. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our behavioral health practice—coordinating credentialing, supporting billing accuracy, conducting quality checks, assisting franchisees, and representing our mission with warmth and professionalism.
This role is perfect for someone who:
What You’ll Do:
✅ Ensure our staff and locations are credentialed with insurance providers
✅ Assist with billing, claims, and accurate payroll
✅ Conduct audits and support quality improvement
✅ Manage client scheduling, file maintenance, and insurance verification
✅ Build community connections and support outreach efforts
✅ Help our franchise partners navigate credentialing and compliance (some travel may be required)
✅ Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for staff and clients alike
What You’ll Need:
🔹 Experience in healthcare or behavioral health admin (2+ years preferred)
🔹 Knowledge of billing, credentialing, and EHR systems
🔹 Strong attention to detail and communication skills
🔹 A passion for people and purpose
