Role Overview

Our client is seeking an Art Director to lead creative initiatives and deliver compelling brand experiences across all channels. This role reports to the VP Brand & Creative and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of creative concepts for campaigns and product launches, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
  • Oversee all aspects of photoshoots and creative production, including concepting, casting, directing, and post-production.
  • Guide and approve deliverables such as ads, emails, site layouts, and packaging.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Creative Operations to meet project timelines and strategic goals.
  • Enhance the brand’s social presence and content, driving innovation and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in graphic design or art direction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in campaign concepting, shoot direction, and multi-channel design.
  • Excellent time management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in NYC Headquarters 3 days per week.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $140,000 - $150,000.
  • Performance-based bonus and additional benefits package available.

Location

  • Must be able to be present onsite in the NYC Headquarters Office 3 days per week
