Job Description

1. Fluent in any one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German.
2. Working time：

• When North America is in summer Time, we work from 15:00 - 24:00 beijing time (1 hour later during Winter Time: 16:00 - 01:00 next day)
• On public holidays, we are required to be on duty and will receive three times the base salary
• we will Work 8 hours per day and have 2 rest days per week, which totals 8 rest days per month. Besides，The two rest days per week may not be consecutive Saturdays and Sundays. 1.Provide customers with accurate and professional consulting services in small languages via email, online platforms, and inbound calls., ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.

2. Handling customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support for products.
