Job Description

Position: Active Directory Admin

Location: (Remote)

Duration: Long term contract

Responsibilities

• Securely deploy and automate the administration of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Implement and automate the management of Windows infrastructure hosted on Azure.
• Support the deployment and administration of services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Document administrative processes for infrastructure deployed on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Stay informed about managed offerings that simplify the administration of Windows and Linux infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement administrative services for both Windows and Linux environments.
• Support patch management across the environment to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities.

Experience

• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing secure Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
• Experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery).

Additional beneficial Experience

• MCSA: Windows Server 2016 or later certification.
• Relevant Cloud Service Provider and/or IT Security certifications.
• Experience in Linux Server Administration.
• MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with export and data regulations.
