What You’ll Do: * Complete quality repairs on a variety of makes and models—no assembly line work here * Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are rock solid * Inspect vehicles for hidden or supplemental damage * Perform structural, panel, and framework repairs—welding, fiberglass, suspension, and more * Collaborate with estimators to stay on track and avoid surprises * Keep current with industry trends, OEM standards, and training opportunities What You Bring: * Collision repair experience (frame, body, structural) — or the passion and drive to master it * Welding, suspension, or structural repair skills a major plus * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a professional team Why Choose Coggins?
