    No course content accessed—once you’ve jumped into your course or downloaded software, it’s game time, and we can’t accept returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds or Rejections

    Course content accessed or software downloaded.

    Any digital product that’s been used, damaged, or altered.

If you received a course or software as a gift, and need to return it, we’ll hook you up with a gift credit for the value. The gift was shipped directly to you? You’ll get a gift certificate once we process the return.

If it wasn’t directly shipped to you, we’ll refund the gift giver, and they’ll be in the loop.
